 We currently have one litter of Poodle Puffs available (check out our Available Puppies Webpage).  They were born on February 7, 2010.

ABOUT POODLE PUFFS
 
 
     Poodle Puffs are a mix between a Chinese Crested Powder Puff and a Toy Poodle. 
 
     Poodle Puffs make great pets.  They are gentle, calm, and snuggly, yet enjoy playing and learning tricks.  They come in a variety of colors: we've had puppies with black, silver, and apricot coats, sometimes with white markings.  Many of the puppies who are born black turn silver as they age.  This is because Chinese Crested Dogs "fade" in color as they age.  Our puppies inherit their "fading" trait from their mothers, who are full-bred Chinese Crested Powder Puffs.

These are pictures of an apricot-colored Poodle Puff puppy from a previous litter at about 6 months old.  Poodle Puffs can have all sorts of hair cuts, but this one decided to let her fur grow as long as it can!  The result was a very long, luxurious coat.  It is very thick, but soft as silk.  Please note that at 6 months old, this puppy weighed 6 pounds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a picture of the same Poodle Puff puppy at about 6 weeks old!  She was born with a dark apricot-colored coat, but by 6 months old (as seen in the pictures above), her coat had "faded", just like the coat of a Chinese Crested Dog.
